Shipping policy
CAOIMHE DOWLING offers free standard delivery on orders over €300. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
For orders below €300, the following delivery rates apply:
Denmark — €10 (2–5 business days)
Denmark Express — €20 (1–4 business days)
Europe — €20 (4–10 business days)
Europe Express — €30 (2–5 business days)
International Express — €30 (3–6 business days)
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. If you require any additional information, please contact sales@caoimhedowling.com.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier service.
Duties and Taxes
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may be applied by their local authorities. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in the purchase price. If applicable, they will be billed directly to you by the courier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CAOIMHE DOWLING is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly. We will assist where possible in resolving the issue.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the original shipping costs and any return charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Pre-Orders
Certain items available on this website are offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not currently in stock and will be produced and shipped at a later date. Estimated shipping timelines will be indicated on the product page where applicable.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase in order to reserve the item. In the event that the minimum order quantity for a product is not reached, the item will not enter production and a full refund will be issued once the order deadline has passed.
Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-orders, all pre-order purchases are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
